Kim M. Drayton, J.D., is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a passion for public service and inspiring and empowering others. With over two decades of experience in key leadership roles and consulting for nonprofit organizations, Kim has significantly impacted the sector.

Throughout her career, Kim has worked with prestigious institutions such as NeighborWorks™ America, The Housing Partnership Network (a renowned Social Enterprise), and the renowned faith leader T.D. Jakes' Economic Development Corporation, among others, providing invaluable guidance, service, and strategic consultation.

Kim is an acclaimed speaker and trainer who has shared her expertise in various influential settings. She has testified before the Federal Reserve Board, participated as a panelist at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, and made significant contributions to initiatives such as T.D. Jakes Ministries, God's Leading Ladies Life Enrichment Program, and The City of Atlanta's Bankon Initiative.

Driven by her commitment to making a positive difference, Kim's ongoing efforts have impacted the lives of thousands across the nation. Her dedication to delivering life-impacting programs and services remains unwavering.

Kim earned her Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Law (Moritz) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University. Her global perspective was shaped through enriching experiences as a young co-ed attending The University of Oslo's International Summer School in Norway and Kings College's Summer Law Institute in London.

Beyond her professional achievements, Kim finds joy in being a loving mother to two adult sons and a proud grandmother to a granddaughter and grandson. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.  Kim currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
