This experience involves both international and Africa domestic flights.  All flights must be booked within the same window so that movement from each destination is smooth for every guests. There are also specific hotel negotiations that are based on the number of rooms and guests.  I simply need a firm headcount early in the process.

Yes.  I can work with you on more flexible payment terms.  The only exceptions are the administrative/reservation fee and the initial deposit which locks in the total experience with the vendors.  Arrangements can be made of you to pay at your connivence as long as all payments are completed by the final deadline. 

Yes, second guests may be added to your room until February 14, 2025 at 11:59 pm est.

Yes for some vendors like Delta Airlines. Some contracts are master billed and cannot be individually paid for, in those instances, you may not pay the vendor directly. I will invoice you.

Absolutely! I have included Premium Travel Protection with Allianz and a Delta Airlines rider for any Delta related services.  I have also negotiated terms with vendors which allow the maximum flexibility for cancelling your experience through August 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm est. Some exceptions apply. See the Terms & Conditions in the brochure.

No.  To rebook your flight, you would have to cancel and rebook.  I do not provide rebooking services.  Also, be advised that canceling the negotiate flights may increase your overall cost and will remove the travel protections mentioned above.

That depends.  I only have 9 rooms negotiated, including mine.  If a room is still available, it may be possible.  However, you will at that point pay the increased Single Occupancy rates.
